As PaperCity noted, this marks the second year that Michelin has assessed Texas restaurants, with the guide making its state debut in Houston last fall. The 2025 selection recognized 18 One Star restaurants statewide, along with numerous Bib Gourmand and Recommended designations that showcase the breadth and depth of exceptional dining experiences available across the state.
