Secret Houston Spotlights Montrose Country Club’s Cocktail Pool and Chef-Driven Menu
As Houston heats up, Secret Houston shines a light on one of the city's newest hospitality experiences: the just-opened Montrose Country Club. Located at 212 Tuam St., this multi-million-dollar venue blends a 65-foot cocktail pool, breezy day club atmosphere, and a chef-curated menu—all accessible without the need for a traditional country club membership.
Founder Jeff Harmon, the creative mind behind ReBar, Rich’s Houston, and Revelry, designed Montrose Country Club as a neighborhood destination with an elevated vibe. Guests can enjoy day passes starting at $20 and gain access to an all-day poolside experience, topped with craft cocktails, lush canopies, and vibrant nightlife energy.
At the heart of the food program is Executive Chef Diego Chiarello, a Sicilian native and Food Network alum known for his tenure as founding pastry chef at La Sicilia. His menu at Montrose Country Club includes shareable comfort plates, hearty salads, and flavorful entrées—plus a Drag Brunch on Sundays that infuses the space with even more local flair.
Open daily with extended weekend hours, the venue serves as both a social retreat and a culinary experience—bringing the energy of a resort pool to the middle of Montrose.
As a supporter of elevated hospitality and bold local concepts, SULLTRAIN is proud to help tell the story of Montrose Country Club’s arrival and its impact on Houston’s lifestyle landscape.
