The annual dining event, running August 1 through September 1, invites diners to experience prix-fixe menus from an estimated 400 restaurants while supporting the Houston Food Bank's fight against food insecurity.
The feature highlights Perseid's $55 three-course dinner as a "well-rounded preview" of Chef Aaron Bludorn's Houston-Frenchish offerings at the restaurant nestled in Hotel Saint Augustine in Montrose. Houstonia details the menu's progression, starting with choices like refreshing white gazpacho, smoked salmon dip, or a baby lettuce salad with peaches, hazelnuts, pecorino Romano, and roasted shallot vinaigrette.
